Valentina is the embraced intimacy. She does not steal pictures, she only catches the wake that humankind disperses in the air. She looks from inside while remaining outside the scene. In a personal space, with no dimensions, she captures the intimacy of people. And we can only be astonished while looking at this revealed depth, with a slight embarrassment.
There, behind the well-defined but still soft and real blacks and whites, we are dragged into true stories: although we are there, we do not disturb the protagonists, who are “alone” on the canvas.
